Terms and Conditions

**1. Introduction**

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between KP No Limit Trucking Company (herein referred to as "Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you (the "Client," "Customer," or "you") when you engage our trucking and transportation services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

**2. Services Offered**

The Company provides transportation services, including but not limited to freight hauling, logistics management, and other related services (the “Services”). The specific Services to be provided will be outlined in individual service agreements.

**3. Engagement of Services**

Services will be engaged based on a written agreement or contract that outlines specifics such as rates, schedules, and other logistics. The Client must provide accurate and complete information regarding the shipment and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

**4. Payment Terms**

- **Rates:** All rates will be agreed upon in writing prior to the execution of services. 

- **Invoicing:** Invoices will be issued upon completion of services, and payment is due within [Insert Number of Days] days unless otherwise agreed.

- **Late Payments:** A late fee of  10 % of the outstanding balance may be charged on any amounts not paid by the due date.

**5. Liability**

- The Company will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of goods during transit. However, the Company is not liable for:

  - Delays caused by factors outside its control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or mechanical failure.

  - Loss or damage of goods unless due to gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Company.

- Clients must declare the value of the goods to be transported. The Company may provide limited liability coverage, which Clients may accept or decline.

**6. Claims**

- All claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by relevant documentation.

- The Company will not be responsible for any claims made after this period.

**7. Indemnification**

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the Client's failure to comply with these terms or related laws and regulations.

**8. Confidentiality**

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the course of the engagement and must not disclose such information to any third parties without written consent.

**9. Governing Law**

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.

**10. Amendments**

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of the Services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

**11. Severability**

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
